I am a dedicated supporter of grassroots involvement and have been an active volunteer for the past 13 years.

Volunteering has allowed me to remain connected to the “outside world” while staying at home to raise my 3 boys. 

My main area of expertise is in video documentary production.

Prior to having children, I spent 15 years in the field of television production.  I started off in TV News - that's when I discovered the dishonesty of broadcast news - Then I went on to work in commercial TV production - that's when I discovered the misuse of the power of TV - Off course there is lots of money to be made doing both but I couldn't stomach the egos and hypocracy in the business.
I then went on to documentary production….I had to take up a full-time job to help pay the bills…..but I had the chance to discover what I liked doing.

Unfortunately there is no real big money in making documentaries….I would love to change this!!!!  Then perhaps the pendulum would swing the other way in the media.

If you like making documentaries I would be interested in batting around some ideas and possibly make some good TV.

I currently am using an Apple Computer to do my editting.
I am looking for colaborators - especially writers - I've never been good with a blank piece of paper!   
It's amazing what can be done with just a crew of 2 or 3 people.
